Founder

Shiree is a strategic operations and talent advisor with a career spanning over 20 years. Her multi-sector expertise includes Human Resources, Real Estate, Financial Services, and Infrastructure/Telecommunications among others . Exposed to various industries at companies of all sizes, she is skilled at finding solutions. Shiree obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration & Management from the University of Memphis, and is also a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator in the State of Texas.

Jaz Alexander

Jaz has primarily worked within the Mortgage, Real Estate, Investments, and Technology sectors. His roles have included Business & Data Analytics, Mortgage Operations, and Product Pricing for Banking and Investment corporations. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of North Texas, and is also a licensed Realtor in the State of Texas.
